Wendell Cox, Demographia

Wendell Cox is principal of Demographia, which produces the the annual Demographia International Housing Affordability Surve. He is an international public policy expert with interests in economics, poverty alleviation, demographics, urban policy and transport. He has served as a visiting professor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers in Paris since 2002.
